An off-spec cargo means a penalty or outright rejection. Foxel tracks block → lot → blend → barge genealogy, predicts hotspot risk, and optimises the recipe for every buyer contract.

Barge TNB Malaysia cap pelabuhan Samarinda 29/4 untuk ambil 75.000 ton batubara, spek kontrak CV 5.000 GAR minimum. Blend harus racik dari 10 blok dengan kualitas berbeda. Kalau meleset 1 poin CV = penalti USD 150K. Foxel ikut Ir. Iwan Setiawan (Stockpile Sup) & Ibu Linda Wijaya (Lab) menjaga setiap langkah. A TNB Malaysia barge calls at Samarinda port on 29 April to take 75,000 tonnes of coal at a contractual CV 5,000 GAR minimum. The blend must be recipe-built from 10 blocks of differing quality. A one-point CV miss = a USD 150K penalty. Foxel walks with Mr. Iwan Setiawan (Stockpile Sup) & Mrs. Linda Wijaya (Lab) through every step.
